Resolved question:
I have been experiencing some very strange symptoms over the last few days. I have felt dizzy or like I have vertigo almost constantly, and there have been some points in time where I almost feel like I can feel my eyes crossing. I have also had some periods where there has been some tinnitus in my ears, but less like ringing and more like buzzing. I have felt quite spacey at times as well. I now feel like there is some strange sensations in my arms and hands whenever I move my head.
I have used some recreational drugs in the recent past (MDMA) but it was not in excess.
I am worried.

Based on your symptoms, it seems to be related to peripheral vertigo. In this condition, there is labyrinthine dysfunction (vestibular nerve) in the middle ear.
The common underlying reasons could be overwork/fatigue, recent viral infection, etc. However, in most cases, there is no direct cause.
Treatment is mainly symptomatic with medications such as betahistine tablets. Symptoms usually resolve in 5-7 days, however, occasionally, it may take longer.
As of now, there is no need to worry. If symptoms persist or worsen, you may consult a neurologist.
