Resolved question:
I had a bump in my pubic region( not on my penis, the crease between my pins and my pubes), assumed it was an ingrown hair. Continued to pick at it. Attached it the state it is in 7 days later from onset. Course of treatment? Have had bumps at folicals on arms as well.

Yes, it does seem like associated with an ingrown hair. Currently there is some inflammation, and the skin has eroded off. Avoid itching the area as far as possible, keep it clean, and apply Mupirocin ointment twice daily. It will heal in the next one week.

Mupirocin is a prescription drug. Any otc recommendations or can use give a prescription
Yes, OTC drugs unfortunately won't help much.
And being an online platform, we can't give prescriptions.
However, you can apply Calamine lotion and keep the area clean. It will heal by itself.
