Based on your symptoms, it seems to be related to peripheral vertigo. In this condition, there is labyrinthine dysfunction (vestibular nerve) in the middle ear.

The common underlying reasons could be overwork/fatigue, recent viral infection, etc. However, in most cases, there is no direct cause.

Treatment is mainly symptomatic with medications such as betahistine tablets. Symptoms usually resolve in 5-7 days, however, occasionally, it may take longer.

As of now, there is no need to worry. If symptoms persist or worsen, you may consult a neurologist.
