Cramping and urgency after HSG

Hello
I just had a Hsg done earlier today . There was
Cramping during the procedure which I was told
But after an hour of using heat pad I was Okay.
So the whole day was fine as I ate antibiotic as told by doctor
Before and after dinner today. But I can't sleep up until now as
I started to keep wanting to go pee . It's 5am and I started to try to sleep at 1am.
I've always been the type that pees pretty quickly after
Drinking water but today is worst and I think is the Hsg
Is this normal ? The pee doesnt hurt at all I just need to go and I am not
Cramping . Kind of worried . Please advise . Thank you
