Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your SGPT, ALP and GGT are out of range and are significantly raised.
This occurs when there is an obstruction to the flow of bile. The obstruction could be either within the liver or in the bile ducts.
The next step to do is to get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to see if the bile ducts are obstructed.
Also get the following tests done -
1. Anti HCV
2. Anti HAV IgM
3. Anti HEV IgM
4. PT/INR
Kindly get back to me with the test reports.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
