Resolved question:
a few cuts appeared on my penis head out of nowhere. It is like a slit next to the pee-hole opening. Not painful or anything. It did not appear overnight. It happened gradually. I am scared now.
I may have accidentally gotten finasteride solution on to that area about an year back. Could that cause such a thing?
How to cure this? Will my penis look normal again??

You seem to be having yeast infection on the glans. The treatment for it would be application of clotrimazole cream twice a day for two weeks.
That should help resolve the cuts.
The glans penis will be normal. This doesn't seem to be due to finasteride solution.

How long would it take for the cuts to go away?
It may not be clear from the image I uploaded but the cut is quite long. It runs parallel to the pee-hole and is comparable in length to the pee-hole slit. Should I upload a clearer image or is this good enough?

It surely seems to be candidial infection or yeast infection.
The treatment as I mentioned is clotrimazole cream and it should take two to three weeks for it to resolve.
