Delayed periods after protected sex. Chances of pregnancy.

Resolved question:
Hello
My gf had a periods on 27th july 2015, we had sex on 30th, it was 4th day of her periods. We did intercourse for 2 times, I used precaution both times, however, while doing sex for second time, once I tried doing without precaution and later I put on precaution and then finished intercourse. So, both times I released sperms in condom. Today, it 5th sept and she didn't get her periods till now. To get out of doubt, she has done pregnancy test for 3 times after missing periods and every time it came negative. But still no periods. We both are in different countries now and not gonna see each other in next few months. And alone she can't go to doctor for consultation as we are unmarried. I'm worried about her. Please give me some solution.

Thanks

Thank you for the updates.
I am sure that the delay is because of stress or hormonal imbalance.
She is overweight , so she might be having PCOD - polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Please consult a gynecologist for internal exam, Pap smear, and hormonal levels.
Also, she should have a pelvic ultrasound scan to know the status of the lining of the uterus ( endometrium ).
Then she can take progesterone tablets for 5 days to induce withdrawal bleed.
Take care.

Are you sure that its not the case of pregnancy? What should she ask the doctor about? Pregnancy or just periods? Otherwise she is having her periods on time from almost a year.
Doing sex during periods are harmful? Could it be the one of the reason? What is Endometrium related to and why is that required? Can you suggest any tablet for progestrone which she can buy from India? Should she start taking that medicene after consulting any gynecologist or she can have it before as well? Would that medicene start her periods? Pls reply ASAP Thanks

SInce the pregnancy test is negative, I am sure it is not related to pregnancy.
Due to stress, anxiety, late nights, tension, obesity etc, the endometrium ( lining of the uterus ) gets built up , it is not shed off or removed, thus leading to absent periods.
If the lining is thick, then progesterone tablets will work to induce shedding of the lining.
THe tablets commonly taken are Meprate, Deviry etc ( 10 mg three times a day for 5 days ).
Once the tablets are stopped after 5 days, bleeding will happen within a week.
And yes, it is better to take after consulting a gynecologist.
Take care.

She has undergone ultrasound scanning, I am uploading the related images of report. The gynecologist she has consulted has asked her to take medicene named Ethisone - 5mg. Two tablets a day for 5 days. Doctor has mentioned that, there is cyst in her right ovary. I think Follicle cyst. Can u pls go throught the reports once and suggest us further accordingly.

Hi .
THank you for the update.
As suggested, she has been given progesterone tablets to induce withdrawal bleeding.
The treatment is correct, please ask her to take it as directed.
Also, the follicular cyst is a simple innocent cyst, and will disappear on its own in a month or two.
Please ask her to work on weight loss, and use reliable contraception in future.
Take care.
