Diarrhea with EXTERNAL HEMORRHOID after GALLBLADDER surgery.

I am a 23 year old female. In June I had my gallbladder removed, with no issues. Everything has been going fine until last week. I started getting diarrhea basically every time I eat anything. I understand that may be a result of my gallbladder being removed. However, Friday of last week, I noticed I had a small external hemorrhoid. I have had this one time in the past, due to severe constipation. I thought it was odd, as I haven't been constipated. I immediately started applying Preparation H. Today, exactly 1 week later, the hemorrhoid is nearly 3X larger than it was last Friday. Additionally, I have now noticed 2 more smaller hemorrhoid starting to appear. I have never been in so much pain. Simply sitting in a chair is painful. Every time I use the restroom, it bleeds. It has always been my assumption that there is nothing you can do for hemorrhoids, other than use preparation H, and give it time. But, I decided to call my family doctor today, to ensure there was nothing else I should be doing. Unfortunately, I was unaware that my dr. is out of the office on Fridays.

I am starting to worry. Is there anything else I can do to make them go away? In only a week 2 more have appeared and the original is nearly 3 times the size it was. I am afraid to let this go another week. I would go to the hospital, but I'm sure there is nothing they can do either...
