Resolved question:
I am 29 years old about 4 weeks ago I woke up feeling dizzy. The room looked like it was some what turning? I went to the bathroom and was very off balance. After a week of still feeling off balance and woozy headed ( also slight pressure in one of my ears) I went to my GP who cleaned wax build up in me ears and found I had a middle ear infection with a little fluid. I took amoxicillin for 10 days and returned back to the doctor last week because I was still feeling very tired , off balance , eyes are sensitive and weak. He told me I had labrynthitis . I am still woozy headed even while laying down in feel like I'm rocking . I'm scared I have a brain tumor.. I also have a slight ringing in ear every once in a while. I do not understand why this won't go away . is this normal ?

You are suffering from giddiness for one month. You also have intermittent ringing of ear.
Giddiness or spinning sensation can be due to many reasons including related to balance system in ear, or brain or metabolic causes ( high sugar or blood pressure) etc.
To treat it we need to get correct diagnosis, to get correct diagnosis I need more information, may need to do some investigation.
Firstly, I would like to know the following details: Is it episodic, or continuous.
Any changes with position change( on turning head, looking upwards, bending).
Any nausea, vomiting.
Any headache, cold, fever.
Also I will recommend that you get a hearing test( audiogram, tympanometry) done.
One of the possibilities could be labryntitis. But most common cause for giddiness is positional vertigo, which can be ruled by positional test, this can be done by a ENT specialist.
With regards to your fear of a brain tumor, if all the above mentioned tests return normal, imaging of brain including MRI/ CT Scan of brain can be done to rule out any tumor or organic pathology. However you should be aware your symptoms are not suggestive of a tumor.
So best is that if you can get a step by step evualation by a physician who is running vertigo clinic.

I feel a little woozy constantly. But when I stand up turn in a small room or am in a room with bright lights it makes me more dizzy. I have had one small headache that I got rid of with tylenol. No fever . have had a cold. Ears are sensitive to certain noises now. My ear has slight pressure in it sometimes. Shopping malls make eyes very sensitive. I've only been a little nauseated in the mornings but have not thrown up. Riding in a car makes the woozy headed and unbalance go away. I also went on a train ride a few weeks ago where I walked thru the carts to go to the gift shop. It was extremely bumpy ride! When I got home that night it was like I was still on the train! Awful experience ! Blood pressure is good

With all information you do not have classical positional vertigo. So we need audiological investigation including audiogram, tympanometry, ENG, ECoG. All these will help in getting correct diagnosis, based on result we will decide about imaging.
