Resolved question:
Cvs clinic physician told me to apply 10 drops of saline solution in ear for 15 minutes, 3 times a day to help with impacted wax. She grabbed a saline "nasal" spray for me. Is this accurate.? Can't find anything about nasal spray "in" ear.

You are suffering from impacted wax.
Saline drops will not help. We can start following ear drop
Otorex / Waxonil/ ceruclean/ soliwax ear drop 3 drops 4-5 times for one week, following that it can be cleaned by local ENT specialist.
Content of this ear drop include :
Paradichlorobenzine 2%, chlorbutol 5%, benzocaine 2.7% and terpentine.
