Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
PCOS is a condition of baseline hormonal disturbance.
The ovaries get studded with multiple small cyst like follicles, and none of them mature each month or ovulate ( rupture ).
Thus periods are irregular and ovulation is unpredictable, leading to difficulty in conception.
Metformin helps to some extent, and more so , if you are overweight.
What is your height and weight ?
Since how long are you trying to conceive ?
What blood tests have been done so far ?
Please upload them so that I can advise you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.
