Ear eczema and antibiotics not working

I got ear eczema (on auricle) a few days ago and I have tried some antibiotics, but it didn't work. The main symptom of it right now is uncontrollable itching and clear fluid leaking

I can understand your concern.

It seems to be eczema on the auricle from the picture.

You will need to apply a steroid antibiotic combination cream on it like mometasone and fusidic acid cream.

These medications have excellent results and you will see good response in a week. You might need a prescription for the same.

However, I would recommend that you visit an ENT surgeon if possible, who can examine for the fluid leaking as that needs to be examined and treated accordingly.

Itching may be as a result of the ear eczema and also due to the infection inside the ear, if any present.

You can take an anti histaminic tablet like levocetrizine to control the itching.
