Resolved question:
severe ear pressure, nose is clogged, lots of sinus pressure, yellow mucus...what do i do, currently taking sudafed pe and it's not helping at all. have been on very little sleep for the past week and under a lot of stress because i just got married.

You are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.
You can start following medication
Cap. Augmentin 625 mg two times daily for 7 days, ( Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid )
Tab. Solvincold two times daily for 3 days
Nasoclear saline nasal drops
As duration of symptoms is 2 days only, no need of any investigations at present.
The medicines are enough as of now.
