Elevated BILIRUBIN, LIVER ENZYMES after sex. HCV?

Resolved question:
Hello back in 2010 I have made a stupid mistake or getting oral sex from a stripper during a drunken bachelor party. Documented here: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Herpes-From-Oral-Sex/show/1309980#post_5992019

I tested myself for HIV after that but my Dr. noted (as did the online Dr.) that I was really not at risk for anything else.

Last year during a route physical I was told I had a slightly elevated Bilirubin (not sure what number)
This year during a routine physical I was told my liver enzymes are: AST 40, ALT 31, ALP 67 and Bilirubin 1.3. I'm told the AST and Bilirubin are very slightly elevated. I'm going back for a retest soon. Otherwise I'm a healthy white male 5'10, 165lbs in his 30s.

I'm freaking out cause now i have a wife and a son.

Could it be possible I received HCV from Oral sex? If so, is it easily passed during normal marital sex?

And lastly is my son at risk for getting it from his mom when he was born?

Please let me know I'm freaking out a little bit.

Hello

Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com

I can understand your concern.

HCV doesn't usually spread through oral sex unless the person has bleeding sores or ulcers or any other source of bleeding in the mouth.

HCV doesn't transmit easily while having regular sexual intercourse in a monogamous relationship. But high risk sexual behaviour can increase chances of transmission like multiple partners or rough sex where there is bleeding.

HCV has 5% chances of transmission from mother to child.
