Fear of STD with multiple sexual partner and masturbation.

Resolved question:
Hello. I recently got checked for stds and the test came back clear. The reason I went in was because I kept getting a reoccurring painless area of red hardly above the surface. Hardly even above the surface. I first noticed this when I was 16 and went in immediately. They told me it was likely nothing but they would swab it and send it in to satisfy my fears. The test came back clear and I have been very safe and careful since then because of that one scare. But they keep coming back. I do masturbate frequently and never use lube. I am 25 now and my last std check up they didn't screen me for herpes because I had no pain or discharge and the rash isn't raised above the skin. When I was 16 the tests for herpes came back clear too. I am very worried and do not know what to do. Here are some pics also. I used a yeast cream to make sure and it came back. I also have never had any rashes at the lip or in my mouth. I have had less than 10 partners and have used protection with almost all of them. Most of them were virgins.

Hello.
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com.
I can understand your concern.
This seems to be a bacterial or yeast infection, the other possible diagnosis is scabies. It is unlikely to be Herpes.
Do you any have a history of itching? Is there a history of itching anywhere else on the body?
I would recommend that you mix Clotrimazole cream and Mupirocin cream and apply twice a day for two weeks and see if it subsides. In case it doesn't start subsiding in a week's time, it would be best to visit your dermatologist to let him physically examine you and come to a diagnosis.

Feel free to ask queries.
Take care.
