Pinching feeling around urethra, vagina with spasm.

Resolved Question:

I have had a pinching feeling around my urethra/vagina area for the past week like little spasms they just last a second or two and then go. The pain/spasm sometimes moves to different areas in the groin. I get them on and off throughout the day and never has this type of pain before. I also have a pain on my left flank but it has slightly subsided in the past day. I'm drinking lots of water at the moment. I have a history of kidney stones I got one 10 years ago but the pain was very bad unlike now. I also had a UTI last year. What could this be?
