Foggy vision and floaters

Resolved question:
In the last 24 hours I have been experiencing flashing and foggy vision,possibly increased floaters in my left eye. I am currently taking Plaquenil for rheumatoid arthritis. Do these symptoms warrant going to the ER?

Any increase in the foggy vision /flashes/floaters can be an indication towards RETINAL DETACHMENT. This is an medical emergency . I strongly recommend you to get to the ER as early as possible.
