Hello
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Masturbation is a safe way of expressing one's own sexual desires. It leads to no physical or mental problems. The sperms and semen which are formed in the body are meant to come out of the body. They cannot be accumulated in the body and like urine they are formed in the body and are thrown out. They may come out on having sex or during masturbation. If you are indulging in none of these then the sperms and semen will come out at night by self (night fall) or routinely during any sexual stimulation. This is a normal phenomenon and will not cause any harm to you. Masturbation is safe and generally will cause no harm. However in your case you have involved yourself in too much of fantasy thinking and pornography and this has made the realistic experiences not worth of pleasure. You need to abstain yourself from watching pornography any further. Give a break of 2-4 months from sexual activity. Try diverting your mind to other worldly things and try inculcating some hobby. Spend less time being alone.
If still things do not improve then naltrexone is the medicine that can work in these cases. It can be given in the dose of 50mg ones a day . Do meet your doctor and discuss these options.
Hope this helps,
In case if you have any further query, do let me know.
Kind regards

thank you for your reply. I have already stopped watching porn from a week. the real problem which scares me is, I am not able to make my penis stand when I tried to have sex. at that point I had a lot of desire to do it in my mind but physically my penis didn't stand. Is this a serious problem? can I recover from this if I stop watching porn and reduce masturbation? or I have to take any medication for this? it is very embarassing when am trying to make my penis stand sitting on the bed in front of a nude girl who is ready to have sex with me. please give a detailed solution for me sir.

Hello
Thats for the follow-up.
IN most of the cases, a period of abstience from the pornography and sexual acts can help in improvig the sexual capacity. We should better wait for 3-4 weeks before we can comment on the sriousness of the problem. Further if still the erection doesnt come, the cause is definetly psychological and sensate focus therapy is useful in such cases. In this tehrapy person should not make insertion as a part of sex and instead have only foreplay with no compulsion for sex for 1-2 weeks so that the patient becomes comfortable with the sex. During this phase the female partner should not touch the genitals of the patient. Now that the cumpulsion to have sex is solved and hence the confidence improves. I suggest some of my patients to even use aromatic oils for increasing the pleasure. After 2 weeks, you may begin with permission to touch the genitals but still not the actual intercourse. Then after 2 weeks, intercourse may be initiated. This tehrapy is guided by a psychologist / sexologist. Medicines do not help in this condition.
Hope this helps
