Even if you have thrown out most of it, still there could be some left + some already absorbed. Even 1/10 of 150 extra strength Tylenol could constitue a toxic dose.
The good news is that, this toxicity can be treated . You will need a gastric decontamination and few tests including LFT. It will be much better if you are under medical care.

I've taken it 2 days ago at 11pm, and just feeling weak, may I got tomorrow after work? Right now it's 11:24 pm and I wont be off until 2:30 pm...
Honestly, every minute is important. So try to make it as fast as possible. The weakness could be to the drug effect in the liver.
Drink good amount of water. (If you have a good urine output ). DO NOT take any other medication or alcohol. Do take regular diet
