From the picture that you have sent, the lesions are genital warts.
The best treatment for genital warts is application of aldara cream which contains imiquimod or application of podophyllin.
You would need a prescription for these creams.
The warts will resolve with the treatment.
However, it's advisable to use a condom during sexual activity.
