If you are planning to conceive a child, then remember that there is no evidence that your fertility will be affected by having genital warts or virus that causes them. If you get genital warts during pregnancy, make sure you tell your doctor about it so that doctor can prescribe you best treatment. During pregnancy warts often grow in size and number, they may appear for the first time or they can appear again after a long time of having no warts. They can be treated safely during pregnancy, though treatment may be delayed until after pregnancy.
