Hello. I am a 30 year old woman and I have irregular periods. I got my last period on March 19th after 60 days of being late. And today, April 17th I got my period although on my period tracker app it says there are 16 days left. If it is worth mentioning, I had sex two days ago after 4 months of no sexual intercourse whatsoever. Should I be concerned?

Have you always had irregular cycles, if yes, please describe them in slightly more detail.
Or did you have regular periods prior to March ?
Also, what is your height and weight ?
Are you on any kind of hormonal medications ?
Have you ever had post coital bleeding ( bleeding after sex ) earlier ?

'Weight is 127 lbs, height is 5,1. Don't remember I had post sex bleeding and I am always having irregular periods having it 4-10 days late sometimes 60 too depending on level of stress

So you have always had irregular cycles. Then you should not be concerned. Sometimes, women with irregular cycles may have a period that is earlier than usual too.
You should be having an evaluation for irregular periods, though, if that is not done.
It should include -
Internal exam by an OB - GYN
Pap Smear.
Pelvic ultrasound scan.
Hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
That will reveal any possible causes - polycystic ovaries, fibroid, endometriosis , polyps etc.
