Resolved question:
Based on lmp I am 8w3d. At 7w4d fetal pole measured 5w6d 2.6mm and then at 8w0d baby measured 6w3d 5.5mm with hb of 96. Hcg was 3303 at 6w4d and then 5344 at 7w4d. How concerned should I be with these figures? Is hb and growth more important?

Have you always been regular with your cycles ?
HCG levels are not relevant clinically once the fetal heartbeat appears.
Low fetal heart rate is associated with spontaneous miscarriage, abnormalities in the baby etc.
However do not read much into it.
Just get a repeat scan done, if the heart rate picks up and comes to the normal range, there is nothing to worry.
I hope you are taking folic acid and progesterone at the very least as medication.
Rest, avoiding stress, intercourse etc are also important.
