Resolved question:
I took tylenol around 4:30pm yesterday (with food). Began drinking (rather heavily) around 9pm, took another dose of tylenol (not thinking) around 10pm (also with food) and out of habit took another dose this morning at 8:30am for back pain. Then it dawned on me that this wasn't a good idea. Should I go to the hospital? I've taken 3000mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours with alcohol. This isn't a regular occurrence for me but I know it only takes one time.
