Resolved question:
I have a headache behind my left eye like all the time, my left cheek feels swollen, my teeth hurt on my left side so bad off and on. I get aches n pains in my right and left arms and I get dizzy easily then lightheaded when I am walking or standing to long. My neck hurts on my left side amd sometimes cracks. Could this all be tmj?

Your symptoms could be TM Joint dysfunction. However, we also need to consider migraine in view of your symptoms.
Treatment at this point could begin with a combination of pregabalin and topiramate, which would take care of both the problems.
I would expect an improvement in a months time. If not, I would do an MRI brain including CT of TM joint for further evaluation.
