Resolved question:
I was in an apartment treating it for bugs and they had just used primer on the walls and ceilings and had also just used bug bombs the night before. Now I'm experiencing a very bad headache/migraine. Is this something serious?

I have noted your symptoms and would like to reassure you that you do not have any serious problem.
It is most likely a migraine type headache episode, which has a tendency to get exacerbated with strong smells. You should take a medicine such as naproxen or rizatriptan for pain relief. You would be fine in a few hours.
