I had sex with a girl who has had sex with quite a few people. However when i had sex with her which was last week. The whole of this week i have had problems. Headaches not severe, itching not that bad i have a little pain underneath the belly just s little not sharp. I didnt see anything on or around the penis just a stretch. I took some pills. I dont know if thats good or not. The name is histenol forte two.

Histenol forte is a medication that is given just for minor ailments like cold, cough n headache.
The symptoms that you describe are not really pointing towards any particular STD. The symptoms may not be related to the episode you had.
However, just to be on the safer side, you could just visit your physician who can examine your pain and check out the causes of such pain underneath the belly. He could also run a few blood tests like complete blood count, urine examination etc. Depending on the cause the pain could be treated.
You could take symptomatic treatment for headache like paracetamol.
