I have this problem for around 2-3 years old patientmy heart start pounding hard for 4-5 mins then come back to normal this happens some time in a week when i am playing football and i have jumped and shock on my body due to that or due to over running it start beating for 4-5 min at high pace and it dident lower down after few min suddenly it lowers down and get back to normal i am sure its is not because of over running it is different i masturbate too is that maybe the reason ?

Heart pounding on exercise is abnormal. I would recommend you to get a 2D echo examinto rule out any structural heart disease. Also I would recommend you to get a 24 hour holter examination done. This will record any arrhythmia which may be causing these heart pounding sensations during football games.
