As MDMA is highly toxic drug and the described symptoms are common after the substance abuse. There is no specific treatment for MDMA toxicity. I would highly advise you to visit the emergency department. The doctor may give you a full check up and supportive treatment may include benzodiazepines to relieve your anxiety. Also, try to rehydrate yourself with electrolytes in water.
