Thanks for your question and concern, as you mentioned that you both are sexually active and you are taking pills after every sexual activity but your bf is not using condom as he pulls out, so i understand the problem of yours which is related to unprotected sex. As you are using pills after every sex, so this decreases the chances of pregnancy in your case. Ejaculating the sperms outside the vagina is helpless to prevent you from pregnancy therefore it is better to go for a pills as they decrease the chances of pregnancy. In the market there are many pills available for which you can go for and do take them within 72 hrs, best if taken just after sexual activity. If we talk in medical terms then it is found that ejaculating the sperms outside the vagina are not accurately 100% effective in case of pregnancy prevention, reason behind is that if you pulls out the sperms it is somehow left on the penis which is more than enough to get in, which increase the chances of pregnancy and it is found that this activity is 50% effective. In your case there are the chances of std pictures seen if precaution is not taken as it is a sexually transmitted disease which get transmitted during sexual activity. According to me always go for pills as it is the best method of protection in your case. And if possible do use condoms as it decrease the chances of pregnancy. Take care.
