Some time ago, appeared me, dark spots on the penis
At the beginning, then became more dark and then clear, but from some time ago, they are dark and i have much more.
What can this be? As how can i solve that?

First of all, sorry for my bug english (i speak spanish) This started like one year ago, but i neved had rash, irritation and itching. I neved feeled nothing The only thing i try at the begining it a cream for fungus, because i thinked can be that, but nothing happaned I dont know if its related to the same thing, but sometimes, i have a litle crust on the head of my penis, that appears and disappears (i attached a new photo for the crust)

It seems that you had a fungal or bacterial infection in the past which lead to this kind of pigmentation. This is referred to as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
The photo of the crust is not clear. It will be helpful if you have a clear one.
I would recommend that you visit a doctor who can physically examine the pigmentation. He can also call for a biopsy if he can't come to a diagnosis. It would be best to confirm the diagnosis with a biopsy.
Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation usually requires no treatment and it fades on its own over a couple of years.
At times, cortisone cream proves useful, but only under your doctor's supervision after coming to a diagnosis.

It seemed that you did have yeast infection. Now it's more likely a post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Cortisone cream needs to be started only under the doctor's supervision since its a genital area.
