After childbirths, periods do alter, and tend to be irregular.
Are you breastfeeding ?
What is your weight and height ?
Did you have a routine post partum checkup ?
Have all your UTI s been treated with urine culture based antibiotics ?

I have my sugars checked and they are fine. Im not on birth control. Im not brest feeding. My height is 5ft 3in and my weoght is 11 stones. All my uti have been treated with anti biotics.

If you have not had your routine post partum check up, please have one.
That would entail a complete pelvic exam - per vaginum and per
speculum, also a pelvic ultrasound scan.
Get the following hormones measured - FSH, LH, TSH, OGTT, Prolactin.
That would rule out a serious cause for the bleeding pattern.
If this is normal, do not worry, give yourself a couple of months to
stabilize your cycles.
Regarding the UTIs, maintain strict perineal hygiene.
Stay hydrated, atleast 5 - 6 litres of water per day should be drunk.
Clean thoroughly after intercourse and after a bowel movement.
Do not use medicated soaps , gels, cleansers, perfumed soaps or products.
Just clean with lukewarm water and pat dry.
