Intake of proprietary blend of vitamins while breastfeeding

Hello I am a breastfeeding mother and would like to know if the following ingredients taken in a capsule would be harmful while breastfeeding, the amounts below refer to 2 capsules:

Niacin (as Niacinamide) 10mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 15mg
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 250mcg
Folic Acid 200mcg
Calcium (as Calcium Glycinate) 25mg
Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 750mcg

Proprietary Blend 475mg

Proprietary Blend contains:

Yerba Mate (liex paraguariensis) Leaf Extract, Higenamine, Hordenine, Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) Leaf Extract, 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophane from Griffonia simblicifolia Seed Extract), Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) Leaf Extract

Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring. The "Proprietary Blend" in this capsule ingredients are not well studied or evaluated in Breast feeding women. So there is a possibility of danger (although remote) to the baby and it is better avoided.

If you are healthy and taking a nutritious diet Vitamin supplements are not needed. You may take a Calcium + Vitamin D3 supplement though.
