Hi there I had sex with a girl and the two days later she told me she had gotten a blood test and she was pregnant. Is it possible to tell that quick?

No it is not possible to diagnose pregnancy that early (2 days after sex). Minimum it will take 6 days from the date of implantation for the blood tests to be positive (that too in the best case).
