Hello,

Thanks for your query at DoctorSpring.com.

I have gone through the reports attached. The answer in a word is - DO NOT WORRY.

The Ig G to any infection indicates past infection or already having acquired immunity to that infection. So raised values, irrespective of the values ( they might differ in different laboratories ) do not indicate anything.
What matters is Ig M levels,if they are raised - active infection is signified which warrants treatment.

Those values are normal ( less than 1, again values might slightly differ , which is of no consequence ).

Hence, your Ig M values are normal, so do not worry.

No treatment is required for the TORCH results. After a D and C for a missed miscarriage, the following should be done - The fetus should be sent for chromosomal analysis and biopsy.

Blood group, viral markers of both partners should be done. Hormonal assay ( FSH, LH ) should be done. Thyroid hormone testing, blood sugars , bleeding profile should be assessed.

Do not plan another pregnancy for atleast 6 months, and take regular folic acid supplements meanwhile.

All the best. Please feel free to ask further follow up questions.

Regards

I have uploaded both test results, which do not differ too much from each other.
