Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Thanks for writing to us.
Your history is suggestive of fracture of fifth metatarsal bone base, post trauma. It usually require cast immobilisation & anti inflammatory medication on SOS basis.
Calcaneal spur is age related disorders which requires treatment only when it is symptomatic. Soft cushion footwears are good.
Please send us the Xray flims and reports, if you wish to discuss any further.
I hope my opinion will help you.
Stay happy & healthy,
Thanks

They are both available in strength of 500 mg, will cause SOS pain relief.
I requested you for the X-Ray reports? The primary treatment that she needs is cast immobilisation.
Regards.

Yes, you should give her Zerodol-P, it will be available in the local pharmacies, and is OTC.
Zerodol-P will help her.
Get the scans done when it is possible for you.
