I appreciate your question and sharing of the personal problem. First and foremost, you discussed your medication that you took for Chlamydia. There is a possibility that you may be having allergy from azrithromycin, as the symptoms for Chlamydia Sti are not similar to what you have expressed. In this case, you are requested to please stop taking these pills. In case you are having a problem in breathing as well then I would recommend you to please approach a physician. Coming to the problem of Chlamydia whose details you are seeking, I would like to share few things about it. Chlamydia is an infection that is transmitted through sex and in that case a person needs to take precautions while having sex in order to be safe. Kissing is not the mode of transmission of this disease. Therefore you need to be sure about having acquired the disease or not. In case you have acquired the disease then basically the male organs are affected by the disease. The swelling in the testicles may be a symptom of the disease. I would also appreciate if you girlfriend takes a better treatment in case she has been suffering from this problem for a long time. For the time being it is recommended that you do not indulge in sex as the sex organs may not be in a condition to allow you to have sex. You must approach an ENT doctor in this regard and for clarifications regarding Chlamydia Sti you can have a check up and get assured. Best regards for your future.
