Is HIV RNA ANTIBODY TEST conclusive ?

Resolved question:
I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with an ex
Boyfriend three times, as well as performing
Oral sex on him once. I do not believe he ejaculated
On Any of these occasions. I took an hiv antibody
Test and an RCA test at 23 days post exposure.
Is this conclusive? If not, when would you advise
That testing would be conclusive?

Hello.
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
If you truly know and you're convinced that he didn't ejaculate inside you, then firstly automatically the chances of getting HIV ( considering he's infected ) becomes extremely low.
To truly know about your status, its recommended that you wait for a month and then take the 4th generation test which has extremely high sensitivity test record. However even the HIV antibody and the RCA capsid antigen tests have very good sensitivity. So you have nothing to worry about.
If you want to run it again you can wait for 45 days ( from exposure ), and then get the 4th generation test done. But since he didn't ejaculate it is highly unlikely for you to get HIV from him.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.
