Issues related to HIV

Resolved question:
I have been having issues that im afraid could be related to HIV and it is freaking me out.
I have three bumps on my arm they are not close together nor do they itch I thought they were regular pimples so I tried popping them but instead I only ended up scratching the top of them off. Now all three are open wounds and one is really swollen about the size of my pinky nail. On top of that sometimes when I walk I get sharp pains in my joints but not when im rested only when I walk to fast or use stairs. I also have these pains really all over my body at different times along with leg and back spasms and just two days ago a big painful bulge emerged in my wrist. I used to have terrible night sweats up until about 2 months ago but could it have stopped because of progression? I have also experienced diarrhea for the last 6 months. I admit I am under a lot of stress from my job because I am about to leave it and begin a new life but im not sure if this is stress related.

Based off the questions below I do smoke and consume alcohol almost daily. I have had two surgeries within the past year a hydrocelectomy back in the summer and a tonsillectomy and uvalectomy the second week of December.

Hello,

Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.

The symptoms you have mentioned are not specific or directly suggestive for HIV, except the diarrhoea. If the diarrhoea was like a persistent one lasting 6 months then it could be possible that there is an HIV infection. But if the diarrhoea was an on and off diarrhoea then again it is not suggestive.

I would like to know whether you have a history of unprotected sexual exposure in the recent past. The risk of HIV depends on that.
