My blood was tested for STDs and there were none found how ever when ever I have sex with my girlfriend with out a condom... her vagina itches and then oozes some clear liquid.... is there a cream of some sort I could use? I know it's me cause she isn't the first one to tell me this recently.

From the history you have provided, it seems that you are passing on yeast infection. Its also called candidiasis.
The treatment for this would be taking oral anti fungal medication like fluconazole for both you and your partner.
Also you would benefit by application of clotrimazole cream while your partner would benefit by using clotrimazole vaginal pessaries.
Its an easily treatable yeast infection and you both will improve with the medications.
