Dear Doctor, today i woke up and i got the rash again, they're very itchy but i got my medication which is Hydroxyzine hcl tab 24MG and now is not itchy and the color start fading out .
doctor i'm so scared you told me million times that's not related to hiv but i can't forget the experience i had .
doctor next week i will meet my family doctor and he will do full blood test and i'm scared to say yes ? because i don't wanna the result change after the negative .
again doctor is the HIV related if not why ? i have attached the pic
doctor are you specialize in hiv and std or family doctor ?

Well once again i will assure you this is nothing to do with HIV.
And I am specialised in Internal Medicine, with enough experience in handling STD cases.
So you can trust my opinion.
The rash that you keep having is a type of urticarial reaction. And what i will rather advise you to do is, when you're getting the rash, you need to go get it tested at that very moment by a dermatologist.
See HIV has no relationship with rashes. When the HIV virus enters our body, it straight away goes inside the cells, change their DNA and start multiplying within them. So the earliest indicators in the blood will be the p24 antigen and th HIV RNA, which are products of such replication. In people with good immunity, these are seen in the blood within a month after the exposure, and picked up by the tests. In only some rare cases, it won't be picked up till 3 onths, though the possibility of this is very rare. Still we say if tested at the end of 3rd month and negative, there is absolutely no reason to worry. Moreover the tests you have taken, are conclusive. The way they are desgined and formed, even minute amounts of HIV by products will be picked up by them.
So believe me you don't have HIV. I understand the experience you had was terrifying but luckily you are not affected. So right now you have to come out of the HIV confusion, and focus on what is exactly causing this urticaria. ( allergic rash ). I recommend you visit a dermatologist.
