Hello ,I'm having trouble with very itchy and sore skin in-between my genteel and anal area.have had this before and it was a fungal problem but seems to have come back .Im in Azerbaijan and can buy over the counter here just need to know what is a suitable cream to clear this up .

You seem to have a fungal infection between the genital area and your anus region.
It is better you apply Neosporin AF ( Monistat ) 2-3 times daily. Some doctors recommend using Tab. ketoconazole, however the side effects are comparatively more than Neosporin. So try Monistat ointment for 5 days. It should resolve.
