Hi I am a 23 year old male and I have a concern about these little bumps in my pubic area and what they are and how to get rid of them I've had them for. A while know my girl friend that I have been together with for 5 years old patienttold me they were just ingrown hairs from shaving or infected hair follicles but I really don't think they are

These are genital warts. These are caused by hpv virus. They are sexually transmitted.
I would recommend application of aldara cream on the lesions. You will require a prescription for the cream.
