No, patches. Just tender to the touch. He has a sore jaw and headache.

A sore jaw and headache is unrelated to psoriasis, only in cases of scalp psoriasis, there will be tender spots in the scalp, along with a well spread out patch.
Any chances of tooth infection? Headache and sore jaw, could be a manifestation of tooth infection.
