i'm 16 and im on my 5th day of my period, i noticed my body temperature was 97.4 which is low for me, is it just because of my period? is that normal for the fifth day of my period?

The low body temperature is unlikely to be related to your periods. Except if you have a heavy flow (bleeding). In that case it could be related.
Do you have any other significant symptoms ? Feeling tired , fatigued ,?
Any chest pain ? Palpitations ?
Any wounds, infection ?
Is there any particular reason you looked for the temperature ?
