Hello,
Perocet is an opiate that can be tapered off by 10 percent weekly for a few weeks. Then perocet can be further tapered by 20-25 percent over few more weeks and then finally stopped.This may take a few months but it is always better that you have minuscle amounts of oxycodone (perocet) in your system before you completely stop taking it. In case you follow this , it is very unlikely that you may experience unbearable withdrawal symptoms due to perocet stoppage.
And yes, you can taper down to 25 mg from 30 safely.
