I have found a lump approximately 25 cm wide and 50 cm long above the base of my penis and to the right at an angle . I am in no pain but my diet has decreased considerably recently . Should I have it looked into ?

Do you mean to say 25 / 50 mm ? (millimeter ).
Is the swelling freely movable ?
Is there any pain ?
Please see whether there are similar swellings nearby / opposite side.
Can I say that the location of swelling is in the upper thing, around the crease where it meets the penis ?
