Memory loss, unable to control anxiety for public issues.

Resolved question:
I am a guy of 34 years with a lot of complications. I have this anxiety problem to the extent that at every slight public issues, I becomes nervous and find it difficult to re-organize and become myself. I also suffer from memory loss as I forget things often. The worst part of the situation is occasional bed-wetting which occur sometime, a year interval, about six months, a month, and even sometimes, a week interval. I get angry often and often get depressed and sometimes find it difficult to defend myself even if I am right when had issues with people. I don't smoke and don't take any alcoholic drink. I would like any form of help to get out of this situation. It has in many ways affected my performances at school and anywhere I find myself. I am a Masters holder though yet to secure a job. I am known to be a very hardworking person but inability to present myself publicly is a very serious issues hindering my performance.
