Hello, my boyfriend gor into a atv wreck today that tossed him from the bike. He has a large scrap type wond accross his right side of his stomah. This happened this afternoon and now he is complaining of dizzyness, and extremely tiredness. I know he had a hard day and his body does need rk recover from the trama but his actions are no where near normal. What symptoms should I be looking for that suggest internal bleeding

1. Is there any injury wound in the head and neck ?
2. Has he passed urine ?
3. Is there any nausea / vomiting ?
4. Any double vision / blackout
5. Any weakness ?
6. Was he under influence of alcohol / medications ?
7. A abdominal distension ?
8. Is he able to talk normally ? Is he able to comprehend and respond.
