Muscle contraction, tightness in chest with breathing difficulty.

Resolved question:
Hello doctor Deepu Sebastian,
It's me again Abdulmajeed, the pacient with the chest-muscle problem. I had some consultations with you last year. This problem still persist. There have been no change till present. I still feel this muscle contraction or tightness right from the middle of my chest streching up my collarbone and down through my ribs. So breathing, especially taking deep breathe is still very stressful. Also experience some sort of obstruction which makes speeking a task for me. lessThe tests you suggested were finally done. But surprisingly the results were negatives- nothing was confirmed. Though according to the Neurologist, the CK value and the result of the electromyogram that was done indicate some muscular disorder. But not even the SKELETAL BIOPSY or chest X-ray confirms anything. I have attached some of these tests result and a recient blood test; have tried to translate and highlight some impressive statement hopefully you might make something out of them. No treatment has been issued yet. But I do take some tab to subdue some acute pain whenever I consider it necessary or visit our emergency unit, where some basic test (blood test, chest x-ray etc) are generally done. They usually end up giving some pain killer with the remark that nothing serious to worry about. Consequently, most doctors( cardiologist, pulmonist, throat doctor...) have closed my file. They said there is no point arranging further visits or test on their part because mine is a clear muscular oriented problem.
Although the Neurologist said some further tests will be fixed. Since these appointments take just too long, while still waiting, any medication just for a try, suggestion etc will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.
All your reports have been reviewed and they really do not explain why this tightness persists in your chest area.
Did you get a MRI thorax done? Sometimes a few patients experience persistent costochondritis, an inflammation of the ribs, which can present similarly with chest pain and chest tightness, can cause difficulty in breathing because of the tightness.
It will really help if I can get a copy of your MRI reports of your thorax.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Thanks very much Doctor for your reply. I don't think I have done this MRI you mentioned yet. But I will try to discuss it with my local Doctor, If there is a possibility of performing this MRI for me.
Doctor,I have read a little about this "Costochondritis" you also referred to. I found that it's syptoms are somehow related to my problem. They said medications to reduce inflammation such as Naproxen(aleve), Ibruprofen(Advil, motrin) may be helpful and can even enhance some betterment in patients with costochondritis.
Can I proceed to use any of these Tabs just for a try.
